Depression
We begin with a collaborative assessment and clear goals, then use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Behavioral Activation to rebuild routines and lift mood. We challenge unhelpful thoughts, increase rewarding activities, support sleep and nutrition, and track progress. When appropriate, we coordinate with prescribers and create a personalized safety plan.
Anxiety
Together we map triggers and how anxiety shows up, then build skills for relief. Using CBT and exposure, we face fears while reducing avoidance. You’ll practice breathing, grounding, and thought reframing, adjust sleep and caffeine, track progress, and collaborate with prescribers when medication could help. We personalize exercises, celebrate wins, and keep a steady pace.
Trauma
Care is trauma-informed and paced by you. We follow a phased plan: stabilization first (grounding, regulation, and safety), then processing with EMDR or Cognitive Processing Therapy, and finally reconnection. Throughout, you’ll have choice and control, manage triggers, use practical body-based techniques, and coordinate medical care when beneficial.
